Much brighter and more convenient use of the space under the stairs from storage to new laundry and old laundry to study nook. New kitchen more functional, modern and lighter more inviting space.

ln 2016, we engaged R.W. Bond Constructions to carry out renovations to our ground floor apartment in Breakfast Point. The renovations included a new laundry, kitchen, study, powder room and conversion of all existing lighting to LED.
We were highly recommended to Richard, the proprietor and Master Builder. We needed someone who would understand the intricacies of apartment living and who was knowledgeable in the dealings with strata regulations. Richard was on top of everything and kept us informed at every stage of the project. His whole team of tradesmen were very personable, neat and professional.
Richard is meticulous and the end result is beautiful and finished to a very high standard. We are so grateful that the project turned out exactly how we wanted it and we would not hesitate to recommend Richard to any person considering carrying out renovations or additions to their house or apartment.

REAR EXTENSION: NEW KITCHEN
A small but effective addition to the rear extension of a Drummoyne home to accommodate their stunning new kitchen. We have worked for this customer over many years on his homes as he has moved and started his family.
ORIGINAL OLD HOME: RENOVATION AND ADDITION
Renovation and addition to original old, free standing single front home. Work included adding additional bedrooms upstairs with new master bedroom/walk-in robe and ensuite. Downstairs incorporated a new kitchen and living area opening to rear decking on both levels. A section of the original ornate ceilings needed repairs and Richard painstakingly fixed the fault to match original as pictured.
MID-CENTURY HOME: RENOVATION AND REAR EXTENSION
Renovation and rear extension to modernise mid-century solid home in Wahroonga. Front of house refreshed, and large, wide entrance hallway leads to new open plan living and beautiful large new kitchen at rear. Opening to timber decking for outside entertaining near existing swimming pool. The home needed updating for today’s lifestyle and they certainly achieved this with beautiful fireplace, TV recess and new kitchen and butler’s pantry – perfect for entertaining.
